Leadership is vital to organizational effectiveness in the global economy. The capacity for organizations to perform their missions is increasingly shaped by the way they manage information systems. Information is intelligence. Leaders are now emerging from narrow roles as technical specialists to become recognized as stewards responsible for high level policy affecting national security, infrastructure, health care, and other important policy challenges. Our applied GIS solutions (Cities Navigator) enable organizations to improve communication, resiliency management and access to services during time of emergencies within a smart cities’ framework. We have built a framework that enables organizations to go from data collection predictive analysis using or Cities Navigator Process framework (CNP) to “bridge the gap between geospatial Data collection, Citizen Services and Decision Support.
